Michelle, you’ve sold more Waldorf Astoria residences than anyone else in Las Vegas. Most people would have moved on to the next building. Why are you still so focused on this one property?
Michelle: “Because it keeps revealing itself. Every buyer I place here discovers something new after they move in — something I told them about, but that they couldn’t fully grasp until they were living it. And then they call me and say, “Michelle, you were right.” After twenty-five years, that never gets old.
But if I’m being honest? There’s one thing about this building that I talk about constantly — and most people don’t fully appreciate it until I walk them through it. It has to do with square footage. And guests. And what it actually feels like to have people visit you in a high-rise.”
That’s a very specific thing to be passionate about. Tell us more.
Michelle: “High-rise living is extraordinary. But one thing that can give people pause — and I hear this from buyers all the time — is the question of guests. Your family comes to visit for five days. Your best friends fly in for a long weekend. And suddenly your beautiful 1,800 square foot residence feels very, very small.

You mention your partner Shari Sanderson often. Tell us about her role in all of this.
Michelle: “Shari was here before me. She was selling this development from the groundbreaking — before the building was finished, before Las Vegas fully understood what the Waldorf Astoria Residences was going to become. She believed in it first.
